Charm Travel has helped me plan a handful of trips over the past several years. All have been without flaw. Two trips in particular are worth noting: a 15 day trip to the Greek Islands and the spender of Egypt; and a 22 day trip through China and Hong Kong.
Charm Travel went out of the standard packages and helped to plan detailed customized trips to my whims and desires. Charlotte spent much time working out the revisions and updates. Both trips were outstanding, the service excellent, and the memories priceless.
I know I received a good value for the money spent. On several occasions, I would be given a choice of options, but advised which option was to benefit me financially (even when a savings to me, might mean a loss to Charm Travel). Charlotte dots every "i" and crosses every "t", in other words, she is very efficient.
Depending on the need, it would not be unusual to have Charlotte visit me several times to plan the trip and to have daily internet correspondence for weeks. When the documents are delivered, Charm Travel has already checked them for accuracy, but time is spent with me reviewing and verifying every aspect.
Without question, I will be using Charm Travel for my next venture! In fact, if I tell Charm Travel of my anticipated plans, emails containing ideas or special promotions on that itinerary will start being sent to my email box as Charm Travel researches and comes across ideas.
